Counter | Displays the quantity of printouts. |
Supplies Life | Displays the remaining quantity of consumables and their service life. |
Usage Report (displayed when you log in as an administrator of this machine) | Displays the Printer Usage Report. |
Network | You can check network configurations such as general information, TCP/IP configurations and maintenance information. |
System | Displays the information of this machine. |
Paper Setup
This function is available when you log in as an administrator of this machine.
Item | Description |

Tray Configuration | You can set the paper size, custom paper, etc. for each tray. Upon using the printer driver, the setup in the printer driver will take priority over this setting value. |
Paper Input Options | Sets paper input options, tray switching and priority. |
Duplex Last Page | Sets whether to print on both sides when the last page is single-sided. |

IP Filtering | Restricts access by TCP/IP. Controls access from outside the company. However, this function requires knowledge about the IP address. This machine may be denied from access to network due to serious problems depending on settings. | |
MAC Address Filtering | Restricts access by the MAC address. Controls access from outside the company. However, this function requires knowledge about the MAC address. This machine may be denied from access to network due to serious problems depending on settings. | |
SSL/TLS | Encrypts communication between this machine and your PC (client). | |
IPSec | Sets the encryption and tampering of communication between this machine and your PC (client). | |
WebPage Authentication Method | Sets the web page authentication method. | |
Maintenance | Reset/Restore | Initializes or resets the network card. If it is reset, the web page will not be displayed even if you access from the web browser until you have reset. If it is initialized, the IP address will be reset to the initial state, and the information set manually will be lost. In that case, you will not be able to view the web page. |
Network Scale | This setting is to operate more efficiently on the network. When using a hub with a spanning tree function, this function is effective when the PC and this machine are connected on a one-to-one basis with a crossover cable. |

Erase job option | Sets the method for erasing the print data. Specifies that the data cannot be overwritten after it has been erased and cannot be restored. If you overwrite, it will take longer to erase. Value range: No overwrite/Zero out once | |
