Printing color data in monochrome
You can print color data in monochrome.
For Windows PCL printer driver
- Open the file to be printed.
- Select [Print] from the [File] menu.
- Click [Preferences].
- Select [Monochrome] in [Color Setting] of the [Setup] tab.
- Specify other settings as necessary, and click [OK].
Click [Print] in the [Print] screen.
- You can print color data in monochrome by selecting [Monochrome] even when cyan, magenta and yellow toners are empty.
For Windows PS printer driver
- Open the file to be printed.
- Select [Print] from the [File] menu.
- Click [Preferences].
- Select [Greyscale] in [Color Mode] of [Color] tab.
- Specify other settings as necessary, and click [OK].
Click [Print] in the [Print] screen.
- You can print color data in monochrome by selecting [Greyscale] even when cyan, magenta and yellow toners are empty.
For macOS
- Open the file to be printed.
- Select [Print] from the [File] menu.
- Select the [Color] panel.
- Select [Grayscale].
Specify other settings as necessary, and click [Print].
- You can print color data in monochrome by selecting [Grayscale] even when cyan, magenta and yellow toners are empty.
- If there is no detail settings displayed in the [Print] screen, click [Show details] at the bottom of the screen.
