Print Statistics

Configures settings rated to the Print Statistics function.

Displays the Usage Report of each user.
It is displayed when [Printer Settings] - [Management] - [Job Log] - [Save Job Log] is enabled.


User Counter Export

Exports the Usage Report of each user to a CSV file.
It is displayed when [Printer Settings] - [Management] - [Job Log] - [Save Job Log] is enabled.


PrintPrint SetupSets the number of copies, etc. Upon using the printer driver, the setup in the printer driver will take priority over this setting value.


Printing behaviorSets items related to printing behavior such as Toner Save and Manual Timeout.


Error behaviorSets the items related to actions when an error like a paper jam has occurred.


Print AdjustmentSets the items related to print adjustment such as high humidity control and image drum cleaning.


Customize MenuSets the print density.


Print Position AdjustAdjusts the print position such as X Adjust, Y Adjust, Duplex X Adjust, and Duplex Y Adjust.


Hex DumpConverts the data received from the host PC to hexadecimal format before printing.


Configuration ManagementSettings ExportFile and save the settings of this machine to a PC.


Settings ImportTransmits settings of this machine which are saved and filed to the PC.


Erase Privacy Data

Erases the following data set in this machine.

  • Admin Password, Menu Settings
  • Various records
  • Access control and user information registered on this machine


Menu SettingsSaves the current menu settings. Menu settings that have been saved previously will be overwritten.


Reset SettingsResets the menu settings changed by the user to the factory default settings.

Network ConnectionWired(LAN1)

Displays and sets the connection information of the standard wired LAN.
You can disable the Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE) function of the wired network (LAN1) by setting [Energy Efficient Ethernet] included in this item to [Disable].
Only the administrator can configure the settings.

Extended NetworkExtended Network

Displays and sets the network module to be added in addition to the wired LAN (LAN1) module.
Disable, Wired (LAN2), or Wireless LAN can be set.
Only the administrator can configure the settings.

Wired(LAN2)

Displays and sets the connection information of the optional wired LAN.
Displayed when the Wired LAN module is installed and [Extended Network] is set to [Wired(LAN2)].
Only the administrator can configure the settings.

Wireless LAN

Displays and sets the connection information of the optional wireless LAN.
Displayed when the Wireless LAN module is installed and [Extended Network] is set to [Wireless LAN].
Only the administrator can configure the settings.

Default Gateway Settings

Specify the network connection method for segment-based communication.
Displayed when [Extended Network] is set to [Wired(LAN2)] or [Wireless LAN].


Other TCP/IP Settings

Displays and sets other TCP/IP information such as the DNS server and the WINS server.
Only the administrator can configure the settings.

AirPrintSets items related to AirPrint.


Network Scale

This setting is to operate more efficiently on the network. When using a hub with a spanning tree function, this function is effective when the PC and this machine are connected on a one-to-one basis with a crossover cable.


Printer managementCloud SettingSets the information about the cloud connection.


Email Alert

Sets the function to receive notifications by email when an error has occurred in this machine.


ProtocolLPR

Displays the action status of LPR.
The Line Printer Daemon Protocol (LPR) is a protocol for printing.

Port9100

Displays the action status of Port9100.
Port9100 (Standard TCP/IP Port, RAW) is a protocol/port for printing.

TCP/IP

Displays the action status of TCP/IP.
To disable it, set it on the operator panel.

NetBIOS over TCP/IP

Displays and sets the information about NetBIOS over TCP/IP.
If you are using NetBIOS to list computer names on a Windows network, you can set this item to display printers in the computer name list.
Only the administrator can configure the settings.

IPP

Displays and sets the information about IPP.
The IPP protocol (port number: 631) can be used for printing.
Only the administrator can configure the settings.

Windows RallySets the information about Windows Rally.


Mopria

Sets the information about the Mopria Print Service.
Mopria Print Service allows you to print from Mopria® compatible clients without using a printer driver.
When the setting is changed, the machine will restart automatically (Depending on the settings of other menus, the machine may not restart).
Only the administrator can configure the settings.


IPP Everywhere

Sets the information about IPP Everywhere.
IPP Everywhere allows you to print from IPP Everywhere™ compatible clients without using a printer driver.
When the setting is changed, the machine will restart automatically (Depending on the settings of other menus, the machine may not restart).
Only the administrator can configure the settings.


E-mail Printing

Sets the information to receive e-mails.
Prints when a PDF, JPEG, or TIFF file is attached to an email received by this machine.


LDAP Server SettingSets the information about the LDAP server.


SNMP

Displays and sets the information about SNMP.
This is a protocol for monitoring/managing network devices via the network. From the SNMP Manager software, you can use the information acquisition command to retrieve information about the printer and control the printer.
Only the administrator can configure the settings.

SNTP

Displays and sets the information about SNTP.
This is a protocol for acquiring the date and time.
Only the administrator can configure the settings.

Local PortsSets the information about Local Ports.


Telnet

Displays and sets the information about Telnet.
Only the administrator can configure the settings.

FTP

Displays and sets the information about FTP.
Only the administrator can configure the settings.

Web

Displays and sets the information about Web.
Only the administrator can configure the settings.

HTTP

Displays and sets the information about HTTP.
Only the administrator can configure the settings.

POPSets the information about POP.


SMTPSets the information about SMTP.


SecurityIP Filtering

Restricts access by TCP/IP. Controls access from outside the company.
However, this function requires knowledge about the IP address. This machine may be denied from access to network due to serious problems depending on settings.


MAC Address Filtering

Restricts access by the MAC address. Controls access from outside the company. However, this function requires knowledge about the MAC address.
This machine may be denied from access to network due to serious problems depending on settings.


IPSecSets the encryption and tampering of communication between this machine and your PC (client).


IEEE802.1X AuthenticationSets the information related to IEEE802.1X/EAP.


Secure Protocol Server SettingSets the information about the secure protocol server.


WebPage Authentication MethodSets the web page authentication method.


Communication Encryption (SSL/TLS Server Certificate)Encrypts communication between this machine and your PC (client).


MaintenanceReset Network CardResets the network card. The web page will not be displayed even if you access from the web browser until the resetting has completed.


Restore Network Card to Factory DefaultsRestores the network card to factory default settings. The IP address will be reset to the initial state, and the information set manually will be lost. In that case, you will not be able to view the web page.
