For the error code 390

  1. If there is paper loaded in the MP tray, lift the paper placement cover and remove the paper.

  2. Press the front cover open button on the side of this machine, and then open the front cover toward you.

  3. Pull out the jammed paper slowly by holding its front edge. If the front edge of the paper is not visible, slowly pull the paper out by its rear edge.

  4. Close the front cover firmly with your both hands.

  5. Load the paper with the print side facing up.

  6. Lower the paper placement cover.
