Printing color data in monochrome
You can print color data in monochrome.
For the Windows PCL printer driver
- Open the file to be printed.
- Select [Print] from the [File] menu.
- Click [More settings].
- Select [Mono] in [Color/Mono Settings] of the [Setup] tab.
- Specify other settings as necessary, and click [OK].
Click [Print] in the [Print] screen.

- You can print color data in monochrome by selecting [Mono] even when cyan, magenta and yellow toners are empty.
For the Windows PS printer driver
- Open the file to be printed.
- Select [Print] from the [File] menu.
- Click [More settings].
- Select [Mono] in [Print Mode] of the [Color] tab.
- Specify other settings as necessary, and click [OK].
Click [Print] in the [Print] screen.

- You can print color data in monochrome by selecting [Mono] even when cyan, magenta and yellow toners are empty.
For macOS
- Open the file to be printed.
- Select [Print] from the [File] menu.
- Select [Printer Options] - [Color].
- Select [Mono].
Specify other settings as necessary, and click [Print].

- You can print color data in monochrome by selecting [Mono] even when cyan, magenta and yellow toners are empty.
- If there is no detail settings displayed in the [Print] screen, click [Show Details] at the bottom of the screen.
