Adjusting the buzzer volume

The volume of the following buzzers is adjustable in three steps.

  • Paper jam buzzer
  • When the printing is completed
  • When AirPrint, Mopria or IPP Everywhere is used to find a printer
  • Card Hold Buzzer Volume


  1. Press the scroll button ▼ on the operator panel several times to select [Admin Setup], and press «OK».

  2. Input the admin password using the numeric keypad, and press «OK».

  3. Press ▼ or ▲ several times to select [Buzzer Setup], and press «OK».
  4. Press▼ or ▲ several times to select the item to change, and press «OK».
  5. Adjust the volume of the selected item, and press «OK».
  6. Press «ONLINE» to return to the standby screen.
