In our Medium-Term Business Plan 2025, we have set out to "promote initiatives that enable diverse talent to proactivelythrive," as one of key themes in line with the material issue and goal of "transforming into a corporate culture that continuouslycreates value." To drive strategies such as promoting innovation and restarting global initiatives, and to contribute to valuecreation, it is essential to foster a culture where employees can proactively take on challenges, realize diversity in talent, andprovide opportunities for diverse experiences and learning. We aim to further strengthen the alignment between human resourcemanagement and business strategy, while enhancing our efforts and investment in talent through the unified approach of the OneTeam initiative across the Group.

Good Labor-Management Relationship through Dialogue

OKI respects the freedom of association and collective bargaining based on the laws in each country and region, and puts great importance on building trust between labor and management. In Japan, OKI holds general labor-management meetings between OKI's top executives and the labor union leaders, and divisional labor management meetings, to sincerely exchange opinions and information on the business environment and labor issues.
