OKI's Efforts for Quality Assurance
Basic Approach
Each company within the OKI Group, along with its executives and employees, strives to embody the Quality Philosophy, which serves as the foundation of OKI Group's quality activities, while keeping in mind the OKI Group Charter of Corporate Conduct and the OKI Group Code of Conduct. In contrast to our enduring Quality Philosophy, the OKI Group Quality Policy has been established to pinpoint timely focus areas, ensuring that quality assurance activities are consistently aligned.
Basic Product Safety Policy
We believe that our customers come first, and in order to deliver safe and secure products, we have established the "Basic Policy on Product Safety." In accordance with laws and regulations, we are working to ensure the safety and improve the quality of the products we provide, from product planning and development to manufacturing and maintenance and operation. We also take all possible precautions for the products we procure, such as incorporating safety requirements into our contracts with our business partners.
