Based on this recognition, the OKI Group has established the "OKI Group Charter of Corporate Conduct" as the shared values of all Group companies in fulfilling their social responsibilities, as well as the "OKI Group Code of Conduct" as the standards of conduct for officers and employees to follow in accordance with the Charter. By ensuring that each and every member of the Group steadily complies with and puts into practice the OKI Group Charter of Corporate Conduct and the OKI Group Code of Conduct, we will strive to fulfill our social responsibilities based on our corporate philosophy.
