OKI printers are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and technology, which is why we are offering an extension to the standard 1 year warranty period to 3 years – absolutely free of charge* Simply register your product within 30 days of purchase to benefit from our free 3 year warranty.
All OKI colour and mono printers, multifunction printers and dot matrix printers EXCLUDING those listed below, are eligible for the free 3 year on-site warranty.
The following products are eligible for the free 3 year return to base warranty: ML1120eco and ML1190eco.
*Please note the following exceptions and conditions:
- Executive Series (ES) product are NOT eligible for the 3 year warranty. Please contact your Executive Series supplier for further information.
- Extended 3 year warranty offer excludes MX Line Printers, OKI POS and label printers, eg LD670, PT330 and PT390 products. These product are eligible for a 1 year on-site warranty
Please note that the free 3 year warranty only applies if the product has been registered online within 30 days of purchase. Without registration, the standard 1 year warranty period applies. The warranty extension becomes invalid if non-OKI Original consumables are being used, such as compatible or counterfeit.
Should you experience a problem with your OKI product, simply contact our Customer Support ensuring that you have the model and serial number of the printer to hand. If we cannot resolve the problem over the phone, we will either arrange for a service engineer to make an on-site visit to you to resolve the problem or arrange for the product to be returned to us.
Products which are purchased in the Republic of Ireland, but which are subsequently taken abroad, will be subject to the warranty support offered by the country in which the product resides. Please contact the OKI office in the appropriate country for more information.
