OKI printers are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and technology, which is why we are offering an extension to the standard 1 year warranty period to 3 years – absolutely free of charge* Simply register your product within 30 days of purchase to benefit from our free 3 year warranty.

Free 3 Year Warranty

All OKI colour and mono printers, multifunction printers and dot matrix printers EXCLUDING those listed below, are eligible for the free 3 year on-site warranty.
 
The following products are eligible for the free 3 year return to base warranty: ML1120eco and ML1190eco.
 
*Please note the following exceptions and conditions: 
- Executive Series (ES) products are NOT eligible for the 3 year warranty. Please contact your Executive Series supplier for further information. 
- MX Line Printers are only eligible for a 1 year on-site warranty.
 
 
Please note that the free 3 year warranty only applies if the product has been registered online within 30 days of purchase. Without registration, the standard 1 year warranty period applies. The warranty extension becomes invalid if non-OKI Original consumables are being used such as compatible or counterfeit.
 
Should you experience a problem with your OKI product, simply contact our Customer Support ensuring that you have the model and serial number of the printer to hand. If we cannot resolve the problem over the phone, we will either arrange for a service engineer to make an on-site visit to you to resolve the problem or arrange for the product to be returned to us.

PLEASE NOTE:

Products purchased in Northern Ireland should be registered via the OKI Ireland website: www.oki.ie

Products purchased in mainland UK and then subsequently shipped to the Channel Islands, British & Scottish Isles or the Isle of Man, may be required to be shipped back to mainland UK for service.
 
Products which are purchased in the UK, but which are subsequently taken abroad, will be subject to the warranty support offered by the country in which the product resides. Please contact the OKI office in the appropriate country for more information.
 
The Warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and in no way will apply to any fault or malfunction caused by: Improper or inadequate maintenance or modification to the product; software, media, parts (including consumables), supplies or interfacing components not supplied by OKI; Misuse of the product or any operation or attempted operation of the product outside its written specifications.
 
All products carry a warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase by the Customer unless the product in question is a consumable item, product accessory or spare part, in which case the warranty period is 3 months from date of purchase.
 
Warranty begins on the date of purchase by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for maintaining proof of the date of purchase, and providing this on request.
