INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

We may collect and process the following data about you:
  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site www.oki.com/printing (our site). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material to our site or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site.
  • If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence but will not use that information anything other than answering your request, unless explicit consent is otherwise given. Once your request has been completed we shall ensure proper disposal of your information.
  • We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them. You will only receive these surveys if you have given specific consent or are a verifiable customer.
  • Any personal information related to a contract between you and Us may be kept for a maximum of 6 years after the expiration of the contract. After those 6 years we ensure that the personal data in question will be deleted properly.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
