Certified OKI Executive Series & Service Partner PCS Group accurately analysed SUSA’s specific needs and identified the OKI hardware and software solutions best suited to its print requirements, which included a centralised management software platform for the company’s headquarters in Perugia and approximately 500 OKI printers. A consumables delivery supply chain was set up to provide automatic replenishment, ensuring SUSA’s operations continue uninterrupted while meeting the minimum thresholds required. This enables the company to save costs and avoid the build-up or accidental ordering of unrequired consumables stock. SUSA now benefits from standardised print systems and processes across its business and automated ordering of consumables. Using the new system from OKI, SUSA estimates that it has reduced its printing costs by around 30%.
