OKI printers are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and technology, which is why OKI Europe offers an extension to the standard 1 year warranty period to 3 years on select printers** and MFPs** –at no extra cost to our customers* Simply register your product within 30 days of purchase to benefit from free 3 year on-site, or return to base warranty.


Please note to benefit from the extended 3 year warranty your product must be registered online within 30 days of purchase. Without registration, the standard warranty period for your purchasing location applies. 

Warranty Terms and Conditions

An OKI device can only ever be as good as the consumables you use: toner (or ribbon), image drum, belt and fuser. Only OKI original consumables ensure the optimum performance of the product, with intense colours and a brilliant finish – and prevent damage to the device. OKI’s free 3 year warranty offer is valid provided only genuine OKI consumables and spare parts are used throughout the extended warranty period. 

*Please note the following exceptions and conditions: 
- Executive Series (ES) products are NOT eligible for the 3 year warranty. Please contact your Executive Series supplier for further information. 
- MX Line Printers are only eligible for a 1 year on-site warranty.
- Free extended warranty offer available in select countries in the Middle East and North Africa region.
