OKI printers are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and technology, nevertheless to ensure that your purchase is protected, simply register your product within 30 days of purchase or installation, to activate the warranty.
The Standard Warranty applies for a period of ONE year, starting from the date of installation (mainly applicable to corporate customers), or from the date that the product was registered online. If no online registration is done, then the warranty period will apply from the date of purchase, as stated in the purchase receipt or invoice (physical proof will be required).
Occasionally, customers may also enjoy a special offer of an extended 3-year warranty from OKI on selected printers and MFPs – at no extra cost*. If the product qualifies for the 3-year warranty, you must register your product within 30 days of purchase. If no registration is done, then the standard warranty period of ONE year applies.
Depending on the product and type of warranty offered, the repair basis may be offered as on-site (customer's location), return-to-base (specified repair centre), or a combination of both.
