Our privacy policy and your personal data protection

OKI does not automatically collect or capture any personal data (that is, information about people who we can identify) about visitors to this site. OKI recognises the importance of protecting personal data and is committed to protecting the privacy of all visitors to our website, and as part of our commitment to privacy, we make this privacy statement, consistent with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 26 of 2012) ("PDPA").

OKI Data Singapore Pte. Ltd. (herein referred as "OKI" or "We") are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy and any other documents referred to set out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Any dispute which may arise over privacy will be subject to this policy, the data protection notice (if any) incorporated into this website and the provisions of Singapore law. For the purpose of the this policy, the data controller is OKI Data Singapore Pte. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material to our site or requesting further services. • We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
• Details of transactions you carry out through our site and of the fulfillment of your orders.

Section 4 - DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data. ACCESS TO INFORMATION

You have the right to access information held about you. Any access request may be subject to a fee of SG$30 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

Section 8 - WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside Singapore. It may also be processed by staff operating outside Singapore, who work for Oki. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password that enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

The transmission of information through the internet is not completely secure. We will do our best to protect your personal data, but we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site through the internet; any such transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorised access.
