Managing occasions that are sensitive in nature, Bestattungshaus Jürgensen has a requirement for memorial materials that are tailored specifically to each ceremony that it hosts. From banners to booklets, CD covers and beyond, the funeral home needs to print in many different formats and materials. Creating the materials in-house means the funeral home also needs to be able to quickly access templates to personalise and tailor materials before they are printed in advance of each event.
OKI proposed its A3 colour printer to Bestattungshaus Jürgensen’s as it can easily handle special formats and heavy-grade paper while producing brilliant colour results quickly and professionally in-house. OKI Template Manager software allows staff to readily create banners and materials to the specific design preferences of relatives of the loved ones.
Since using the OKI A3 colour printer, the funeral home has printed 14,000 pages and has managed to produce 100% of its printed memorial materials in-house, avoiding the expense and time associated with outsourcing.
“I am extremely happy with this investment in every respect, both to support our funeral service and in the office, plus the memorial columns have been gratefully receive by the relatives. I can positive recommend the print quality and the reliability of the OKI printer.” - Michael Jürgensen, Managing Director, Bestattungshaus Jürgensen
