OKI and Hitachi Launch OH Channel Innovations, a Joint Venture for Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and Other Automated Equipment

Tokyo, October 1, 2026 - Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd. (TSE:6703, “OKI”) and Hitachi, Ltd. (TSE:6501, “Hitachi”) today announced that OH Channel Innovations Ltd. (formerly Hitachi Channel Solutions, Corp.) (“OH Channel Innovations”), a joint venture company for ATMs and other automated equipment businesses, commenced operations on October 1, 2026.


Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd. (TSE:6703, “OKI”) and Hitachi, Ltd. (TSE:6501, “Hitachi”) today announced that OH Channel Innovations Ltd. (formerly Hitachi Channel Solutions, Corp.) (“OH Channel Innovations”), a joint venture company for ATMs and other automated equipment businesses, commenced operations on October 1, 2026.


By combining the technologies and expertise that OKI and Hitachi Channel Solutions have cultivated over many years, along with their business foundations spanning development and manufacturing, OH Channel Innovations will ensure the continuous and stable provision of automated equipment that supports social infrastructure, further enhance its solutions and services, and create new value for customers.

Upon its launch, OH Channel Innovations adopted the mission of “Making better possible where real meets digital.”
