Centralised administration

System administrators have full access to administration and configuration via a familiar web interface. The dashboard page presents key real-time information such as system activity and status updates, trend information and statistics from past activity such as number of pages printed and environmental impact measure. This also enables the administrator to have full control of optional client and account billing, defining company printing policies, and supporting the organisation in eliminating waste and changing user behaviour.

Track all activity

PaperCut also includes reporting, addressing all areas ranging from detailed page logs to summaries by user, department, device or environmental impact. These reports are available for online viewing, printing or export. Administrators are able to review the content of print activity. Alongside the powerful tracking and reporting functionality, administrators can perform a wide range of auditing functions such as watermarking to track document origin and enhance security.

'Find-me' printing

A key feature of PaperCut, Find-Me printing enables users to print to a global virtual queue. Jobs are paused and only printed when the user releases the job at any compatible multifunction device or printer, therefore providing improved document security and convenience. Find-Me printing also minimises waste and has been shown to reduce printing output by up to 20% in busy office environments.

Mobile printing

PaperCut MF comes in a mobile application to help solve challenges related to mobile printing. Users have access to the full range of PaperCut MF features on their smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices, these include authentication, account selection and ‘Find-me’ printing - all in a simple user interface.
