PRODUCT LIFETIME WARRANTY PROGRAMME

Printer Support

The duration of the standard warranty will be extended up to a maximum of 7 years, depending on the model, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Sign up on "MyOKI portal" within 60 days after purchase.
2. Sign up must be completed by the end user, however, an end user can opt in and select a reseller to manage the devices.
3. You must register a minimum of one original OKI toner cartridge per year on "MyOKI portal", starting and including the year the device was first registered.
4. Compatible cartridges do not qualify.
5. The toner serial number must be entered and will be verified.
6. Only applies to the devices purchased in the UK, Ireland, Switzerland, Norway and EU.
7. Upon completion, the end user will be notified of successful registration warranty and reminders sent.
8. The Extended Warranty will be subject to the same terms and conditions as set out in the OKI Europe Limited Pan European Warranty.

Eligible models

The Product Lifetime Warranty applies to selected OKI printers and MFPs only. The maximum warranty period depends on the model.

* Service parts replacement required for 1000K or 7 years. When using this printer for more than 5 years or 600,000 pages, replacement of the Guide Assy.-Eject(E2)/Roller Assy.-Regist/Duplex-Unit-C8x4 spare may be required separately. If these parts are not replaced, printer life is 600,000 pages.
