3 YEARS WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Printer Support

1. The Warranty offered on any product can be extended to a maximum of 3 years subject to the conditions set out in clause 2.
2. The product must be registered with OEL within 30 days of purchase.
3. Provide the following information: > Serial number of the product purchased > Proof of date of purchase > Your Name and Address > Contact telephone number > E mail address.
4. The Extended Warranty is granted to the end user of the product only.
5. The Extended Warranty is granted at the discretion of OEL and is subject to the use of OKI original Spare Parts and OKI original Consumables throughout the warranty period.
6. The Extended Warranty covers all parts (with the exception of consumable parts), and labour.
7. The type of Extended Warranty will be in accordance with the original published Warranty provided to the product.

Eligible models

The 3 years warranty applies to selected OKI printers and MFPs only.
