NOTE:

Q: Can I send back non-original, compatible, refilled or other branded toners? 

A: Unfortunately, we cannot accept used cartridges that are not OKI Original. Due to the unknown composition of compatible and 3rd party manufactured products, we are unable to determine how they need to be recycled. Please return them to your original place of purchase.
