‘Adapt Today’ Business Agility Pack Promotion Terms and Conditions

The promoter of this promotion is OKI EUROPE Limited Blays House, Wick Road, Egham, Surrey, England (“OKI”) and participation is subject to the terms and conditions set out below.



Eligibility

1.This promotion is open to both new and existing customers:
  • New customers who purchase an eligible OKI printer (as defined in 3 below “Eligible Printer”) and a corresponding set of new OKI Original Toners consisting of 1 x Black, 1 x Cyan, 1 x Magenta and 1 x Yellow (“Toners”). The Eligible Printer and Toners must have been purchased from an authorised OKI Partner within the time period from 10 November 2020 to 30 June 2021.
  • Existing customers who own an Eligible Printer and purchase a set of OKI Original Toners. The Toners must have been purchased from an authorised OKI Partner within the time period from 10 November 2020 to 30 June 2021.
2.Both commercial and private end customers are eligible to participate in this promotion. To participate, your registered office (commercial customers) or permanent place of residence (private customers) must be located in Europe, Middle East, India, Turkey, Africa or select Central and Eastern European countries. Individuals must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the promotion.


Eligible Printers and Toners

3.The following Printers and Toners are eligible for this promotion
  • Printer model numbers C650, C612, C712, C824, C834, C844, MC853, MC873, MC883 and Pro9431 (“Eligible Printer”)
  • Corresponding OKI Original Toners

In addition, you must be able to provide proof of purchase for the Eligible Printer and Toners. The name of the customer submitting the claim must match the name of the customer on the invoice(s) for the Eligible Printer and Toners.


How to Claim

Claims must be made through the ‘callback’ request on the OKI website (www.oki.com/eu/printing/adapt-today).  Following a qualification process an OKI Sales Representative will be assigned to guide you through the sales and claims process. Please refer to points 1 to 3 above for the qualifying conditions. Upon qualification, you must submit a single claim within 30 days from the date of your invoice of the Toners to your assigned OKI Sales Representative. The claim must be completed and must include copy(ies) of the original sales invoices of the Eligible Printer and Toners.  These should be electronically provided to your assigned OKI Sales Representative.

5.

Only one claim per customer will be accepted. All serial numbers of OKI Eligible Printers will be checked and any duplicate claims received will be rejected.

6.

This promotion cannot be used by the recipient in conjunction with any other OKI promotion.



‘Adapt Today’ Business Agility Pack

7.Once OKI has verified your claim, you will be provided your ‘Adapt Today’ Business Agility Pack consisting of:
  • Either an A4 or A3 pack of media, dependant on the printer and/or consumables purchased and as verified by your assigned OKI Sales Representative, which will be shipped to you and will contain the following:
    1. A4 Business Agility Pack includes 5 of each of the following Floralabels media:
      1.A4 Floor Oval - Self-Adhesive, anti-slip
      2.A4 Window Rounded Corners – Self-Adhesive, removable
      3.A4 Table Stickers – 6 removable stickers (90x90mm) /sheet
      4.A4 Floor Mini Banner - Self-Adhesive, anti-slip
      5.A4 Window Sign - Self-adhesive, removable
    2. A3 Business Agility Pack includes 5 of each of the following Floralabels media:
      1.A3 Floor Circle - Self-Adhesive, anti-slip
      2.A3 Window Circle - Self-adhesive removable
      3.A4 Table Stickers – 6 Removable Stickers (90x90mm) /sheet
      4.A3 Floor Banner - Self-adhesive, reusable
      5.A3 Window Banner - Self-adhesive, removable
      6.A3 Window Sign - Self-adhesive, removable
  • Instructions for registering your FREE 6 months subscription to OKI’s creative platform, The Design Hub powered by Shoppa (the subscription is limited to 1 per customer)
  • Instructions for registering your FREE 6 months subscription to ABBYY FineScanner (the subscription is limited to 1 per customer).
  • Access to sector specific ‘Adapt Today’ signage templates
8.The estimated value of the ‘Adapt Today’ Business Agility Pack is approx. €500:
  • A4 or A3 Media Pack (including handling, packaging and shipping costs)- approx. RRP €100
  • 6-months Subscription to The Design Hub – RRP €150
  • 6-months Subscription to ABBYY FineScanner – RRP €35 - €60 (RRP varies by country)
  • Access to sector specific ‘Adapt Today’ signage templates- approx. €250 (50 templates with an estimated value of €5/template)
9.

Please note that the free media and designs have only been tested on OKI’s Eligible Printers as defined in point 3 above. OKI will not accept responsibility for any issues that occur from the use of media or designs with other printers.

10.

Please note that the 6-months subscription to The Design Hub is provided by SHOPPA AB and requires registration by 31st March 2021.

11.

Please note that the 6-months subscription to the ABBYY FineScanner app is provided by ABBYY and requires registration by 31st March 2021.

OKI reserves the right to amend, extend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

13.

14.

This promotion is valid from 10 November 2020 until 30 June 2021 and is subject to the exclusive laws and jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
