Ensuring availability of our products, consumables and customer support
The initial outbreak of coronavirus, combined with the impact of the recent severe storms, resulted in a temporary disruption at one of our manufacturing facilities. Processes have been put in place to make up for lost production time and the facility is now 90% operational. Moreover, to minimise the impact on partners and customers OKI is currently airfreighting consumables orders.
Customer support will continue to be available through our hotline or via the ‘contact us
’ page on the local OKI corporate websites. Please however note, there could be some delay in handling your enquiry. Furthermore, on-site repairs and orders will unfortunately be impacted in some regions where local government imposed restrictions are in place.
OKI Europe is closely monitoring the situation and will continue to provide updates as circumstances change.
