Authentication

A fully secure Single Sign-On solution for your MFP, Drivve supports multiple methods of authentication, such as ID cards, PIN, mobile device apps, network credentials etc. Users only need to authenticate once to access any MFP service, including scan workflows to backend systems.

Scan documents directly into your chosen location

Drivve | Image provides an integrated information management solution, with powerful tools for connecting to your existing resources. The Database Connector seamlessly connects your scanner or multifunctional device with databases/filing structures, fax-group profiles for broadcasts, email lists, etc., which gives you full control of input to efficiently index and distribute your documents.

Connect to existing data sources

As well as being able to scan documents directly to email, fax and network folder locations, you are now able to scan and index your docs into SharePoint. You have the added benefit of filling in customised SharePoint fields and browsing your SharePoint filing structure all directly from the control panel. Drivve provides a number of modules to support features such as image editing, applying text search, creating searchable PDFs and assigning permission levels which can be applied to scans.
