General Manager Value Sales EMEA


Reporting to the EMEA Vice President, Channel & Distribution, the GM Value Sales EMEA is a senior business development professional and expert in understanding 2 Tier business models as well as EMEA Channel Business in terms of Solutions like document workflow, click-contracts and financing.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for:
  • Definition of EMEA wide 'channel sellable solutions' and help to make them sellable in cooperation with business development & marketing
  • Definition of the channel click/page offer in cooperation with business development & marketing
  • Support local OKI sales forces within copier and office automation partners
  • Support local OKI sales forces within solution based partners
  • Support countries with trainings - needed to increase value sales
  • Support countries in checking & fixing knowledge of Sales Force to sell value instead of price only
  • Work with countries to gain new dealers and increase local coverage
  • Action & promotion-planning to serve above channels
The role will also work on strategic approaches such as:
  • Centralisation of Go to Market approach
  • Definition and selection of new value channels
  • Position OKI as one of the leaders in IT document value sales across EMEA
The GM Distribution EMEA will work with all related functions, on EMEA as well as on local level to achieve best results.

Personal Attributes & Experience:

Entrepreneurial, hands on as well as strategic thinking, result oriented, strong leadership skills and team player required.

Candidate must prove:

  • Enthusiasm for the products / services OKI is selling
  • Deep knowledge of click-based concepts and approach (copier business)
  • Deep knowledge of Solution business within the document workflow arena
  • Understanding of 2 Tier channel setup
  • Successful track record in working together with local and/or within above channels
  • Successful experience of working within a matrix organisation
Fluency in English is a must other European languages would be advantageous.


Preferably office based in Egham, Surrey with extensive international travel required – nevertheless – location could be flexible for the best candidate.
