Election Services Information
On Monday, April 10, 2023, a report that was commissioned by the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office to investigate printer issues related to the November 2022 general election was released publicly. OKI was not contacted by Maricopa County officials, investigation teams working on their behalf, election services providers, or any other parties associated with the investigation at any time during the investigation. After reviewing the report after its public release OKI noted factual errors in the published report and contacted the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office to request that these findings be amended. We have published the communications between both parties below for public reference.
