TOKYO, March 29, 2023 -- OKI (TOKYO:6703) today announced that the Board of Directors made its recommendation for executive appointments and retirements at its meeting today, which will be submitted for approval at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in June 2023.
