TOKYO, April 26, 2022 -- OKI (TOKYO: 6703) today announced that the Board of Directors made its recommendation for executive change and retirement at its meeting today. This matter is scheduled to be formally determined based on the resolution of the 98th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in late June and the Board of Directors meeting on the same day.
