Precautions for inputting the information

  • Since the Setting Tool Support Book has a common format for all models, there could be some values that are not applicable to your machine. For example, even if your machine does not support A3-sized paper, you can still select [A3] from [Paper Size] on the sheet. However, the information about A3 size will not be written to your machine. Therefore, please input the information in the Setting Tool Support Book after checking specifications of your machine in the User's Manual.
  • If [Input format] is set to [Select], select a value from the drop-down list. In other cases, input an appropriate value.

  • One row is for the settings of one machine.

  • The maximum number of rows that can be input in one Setting Tool Support Book is 999.

  • If you want to write the same settings to another machine, you can omit the input. When writing from a mobile device, select a page with the same settings and write it to the machine.

  • The items for which no value has been input will not be written to the machine.

  • In case of an input error, you may not be able to write information to the machine.
