Print Statistics

Display this menu when enabling/disabling the print statistics function or when printing statistics results and resetting the counter.

To enter the [Print Statistics] menu, the Print Statistics password is necessary.

Memo

  • The default password is “0000”. It is different from the administrator password of the printer.

  1. Press the scroll button several times to select [Print Statistics] and then press the «ENTER» button.

  2. Enter the Print Statistic password using the numeric (0-9) keys, and then press the «ENTER» button.

  3. Press the scroll button or to select the setup menu on which you want to change a setting and then press the «ENTER» button.

  4. Press the scroll button or to change the setting.

  5. Press the «ENTER» button.

  6. Press the «ON LINE» button to exit the menu mode.

Enters a password to enter Print Statistics menu.

The factory default is "0000."

Usage Report

Enable

Sets whether to enable the usage report.

Maintenance Counter

Disable

Sets whether or not to add on a maintenance report (counters that cannot be reset and number of times consumables are replaced that cannot be reset) to the Usage Report.

[Disable]: Prints the counters that can be reset and the number of times consumables are replaced that can be reset in the Usage Report.

[Enable]: In addition to the counters that can be reset and the number of times consumables are replaced that can be reset, prints out a maintenance report (counters that cannot be reset and number of times consumables are replaced that cannot be reset) together in the Usage Report.

This is displayed when [Print Statistics] > [Usage Report] is set to [Enable].

Reset Main Counter

Execute

Resets the main counter.

This is displayed when [Print Statistics] > [Usage Report] is set to [Enable].

Reset Supplies Counter

Execute

Resets the count of the number of times consumables are replaced.

The maintenance counter is not reset.

This is displayed when [Print Statistics] > [Usage Report] is set to [Enable] and [Maintenance Counter] is set to [Enable].

Change Password

Sets a new password to enter the [Print Statistics] menu.

Enter a 4-digit number.

This is displayed when [Print Statistics] > [Usage Report] is set to [Enable].

Verify Password

Enter the new password set in [New Password] to verify.
