OKI Group Charter of Corporate Conduct

The OKI Group (Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd. and its Group companies) works to resolve social issues under its Purpose: "Shaping Next for Society," and strives toward the realization of its Vision: "Becoming Future-Makers : Powered by People and Technology." We also recognize that earning the trust of all our stakeholders—including shareholders, investors, employees, business partners, and local communities—is the foundation for enhancing corporate value. Accordingly, we not only comply with all applicable laws and regulations, but also respect international rules and their spirit, and, guided by social conscience and our Value of "Integrity and Beyond, Together," we conduct sound business activities and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.
Customer Satisfaction
The OKI Group shall develop and provide products and services that are safe, easy to use, and satisfy customers, through innovation, in order to contribute to the resolution of social issues. We shall also endeavor to protect personal information and intellectual property rights.
Fair Corporate Activities
The OKI Group shall engage in fair, transparent, free, and appropriate competition and transactions. We shall also conduct responsible procurement.
Good Communication
The OKI Group shall engage in constructive dialogue with a broad range of stakeholders and disclose corporate information in a timely and fair manner.
Respect for Human Rights
In all aspects of our business activities, the OKI Group shall respect the human rights of all people.
A Better Working Environment
The OKI Group shall endeavor to secure and maintain a comfortable working environment for all employees, with consideration for the health and safety of every employee.
Respect for Employees
Respecting the individuality and diversity of each employee, the OKI Group shall endeavor to foster a corporate culture in which employees continually take on bold challenges in pursuit of their goals.
Environmental Conservation
In order to realize and pass on a better global environment to future generations, the OKI Group shall promote environmental management and endeavor to conserve the environment through its products and business activities.
Social Contribution
Recognizing the importance of social contribution activities, the OKI Group, as a good corporate citizen, shall engage in social contribution activities toward the realization of a truly prosperous society.
Regional Awareness
The OKI Group shall respect the cultures and customs of the countries and regions in which we operate, endeavoring to build positive relationships with local communities and develop together with them.
Thorough Crisis Management
The OKI Group shall thoroughly implement organizational crisis management in preparation for the actions of antisocial groups that pose a threat to civil life and corporate activities, as well as terrorism, cyberattacks, natural disasters, and other risks.
The OKI Group shall establish effective governance and ensure thorough dissemination of this Charter of Corporate Conduct throughout the company and across Group companies. Furthermore, in the event that any situation arises that contravenes the spirit of this Charter and results in the loss of public trust, management shall fulfill its responsibilities by taking the initiative in investigating causes, resolving the issue, and implementing measures to prevent a recurrence.
