Our IMS-based design processes enable us to collaborate more effectively with our R&D teams, business divisions, and co-creation partners, improving our organizational capabilities and ability to execute.
OKI’s new management plan identifies building intellectual capital as a key strategic priority. To support this goal, the ISD is focused on nurturing the next generation of our “Future-Makers” here at OKI. Every single team member will lead by example, embracing the “Future-Maker” mindset to help push company-wide innovation forward.
We will also share our progress with the outside world to showcase the value OKI creates and strengthen our reputation as an innovation-driven company.
