You can change the sender name (originator) that is printed on a sent fax. To change the name, you must register the originator name in advance.

Before using the following function, check that the [TTI] setting is enabled.

Only use alphanumeric characters for [Sender ID].

If you set [Sender ID], the name is automatically registered to [TTI 1].

You can register up to three sender names (originators).

Press the (SETTING) button on the operator panel.
Press the button once to select [Admin Setup] and press the button.
Enter the administrator password, and then press the (OK) button.

Memo

The factory default administrator password is "999999". If the administrator password is changed, enter the updated password.
Press the button to select [User Install] and press the button.
Press the or button repeatedly to select [TTI Register/Edit] and press the button.
Select the sender ID to register, and then press the button.
Enter a name.

You can enter up to 22 characters.
Select [Enter], and then press the (OK) button.
Press the button until the home screen is displayed.
