Alternating Output Orientation by a Copy
You can alternate the output orientation by a set of printouts.
Printouts are output alternately in portrait or landscape orientation so that you can easily handle multiple sets of printouts.
Memo

Be sure to load paper in the portrait and landscape orientations in the paper feed trays in advance.

If you use the MP tray, [Device Settings] > [Paper Setup] > [MP Tray] > Change [MP Tray Usage] to [Normal Tray].

Available paper sizes:
A4, A5, B5, Letter, 16K (184 x 260 mm), 16K (195 x 270 mm), 16K (197 x 273 mm)
For Windows Printer Driver

Open the file to print.

Select [Print] from the [File] menu.

Click [Preference].

For PCL printer driver, select the [Job Options] tab,for PS/XPS printer driver, select the [Job Options] tab.

Enter the number of print copies in [Copies], and then select the [Collate] check box.

Select the [Rotate Sort] check box.

Change other settings if necessary, and then click [OK].

Click [Print] on the [Print] screen.
For Mac OS X

Open the file to print.

Select [Print] from the [File] menu.

Enter the number of copies in [Copies].

Select [Collate pages] on the [Paper Handling] panel.

Select the [Print Options] panel, select [Collate] and [Page Rotate] in the [Paper] tab.

Change other settings if necessary, and then click [Print].

If setting details are not displayed in the print dialog box for Mac OS X 10.7 to 10.11, click [Show Details] at the bottom of the dialog box.

If the print option is not displayed in the print dialog box for Mac OS X 10.6.8, click the disclosure triangle next to the [Printer] drop-down list.
