Notice Regarding Revision to Dividend Forecast (Dividend Increase) for the Fiscal Year Ending March 31, 2026
TOKYO, March 26, 2026 -- OKI (TOKYO: 6703) hereby announces that, at a meeting of the Board of Directors held today, OKI resolved to revise the forecast of the year-end dividend for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, as follows.

(2) Reason for the revision
OKI regards the return of profits to shareholders as one of its most important management policies.
In terms of dividends, while maintaining the continuity of stable dividends as a basic policy, we will determine the dividend amount by comprehensively considering the cash flow situation based on business performance and investments necessary for future growth (capital investment, research and development investment, and human capital investment) and the level of retained earnings.
For the dividend for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, based on the above policy and after comprehensively considering factors such as the steady progress of business performance in the current fiscal year, which is the final year of the Medium-Term Business Plan 2025, and our financial condition, OKI plans to set the dividend at 65 yen per share.
