Effective August 1, 2020 OKI Data Americas will no longer offer our billable depot repair services. Please use the dealer locator tool to find a servicing dealer in your area.

Effective March 3, 2020, previously available spare parts, such as paper trays, access covers, feed rollers and maintenance items/parts will no longer be available to order as part of the warranty claim system process. This change in what qualifies as a warranty claim also applies to general cleaning, not covered under warranty. Thanks for your understanding in this matter.

Effective January 6, 2020 our new hours of operation for OKI call center will be from 8:00 am Eastern to 9:00 pm  Eastern.

Effective February 3, 2020, Oki Data will be increasing its depot repair flat-rate service. The increase will not have an impact on depot warranty repair.
