OKI Data Americas Announces Warranty Extension and New Competitive MSRP for Select ColorPainter Wide-Format Printers

Product confidence, durability and strength of engineering drive extended warranty

OKI Data Americas announces a “game changing” extended warranty and lower MSRP for select ColorPainter™ wide-format printers as part of the company’s expanding line of professional digital printing solutions. This complimentary extended warranty upgrades the current one-and two-year warranties of the H3-104s and M-64s models to a three-year warranty. In addition, OKI Data Americas has been able to offer an attractive and even more competitive MSRP on the M-64s due to the improved scale and efficiencies realized following acquisition of the wide-format printer business. Both the warranty and MSRP updates become effective on printers purchased on or after April 1, 2016. These initiatives underscore OKI Data’s commitment to providing greater access to its impressive ColorPainter line while continuing to advance wide-format and professional printing technology.
OKI Data has seen great acceptance of the wide-format line, expanding opportunities for its network of resellers and customers. In addition to the ColorPainter line’s durability, OKI Data is delivering an even more compelling value proposition for these industrial devices given their tremendous price-to-performance ratio. The robust ColorPainter line of wide-format printers offers brilliant color, phenomenal speed and a smart investment to end users.
  • Designed for mid- to high-volume digital print shops, the ColorPainter M-64s wide-format printer provides distinct competitive advantages driven by print speed, print quality and competitive ink costs that equate to higher productivity and profitability. With recent enhancements to the Smart Nozzle Mapping technology, this robust and easy to use 64 inch high-speed printer features practical production speed, outstanding print quality and color consistency for outdoor and indoor applications. The device’s 6- or 7-color SX eco-solvent, low-odor inks have achieved the GREENGUARD Gold Certification for the UL 2818 - 2013 Standard for Chemical Emissions for Building Materials, Finishes and Furnishings. GREENGUARD Gold Certification helps manufacturers create – and consumers identify – products with low chemical emissions, thus improving air quality in the environments in which the devices and their output are used.
  • The ColorPainter H3-104s grand-format printer is a low odor, high performance eco-solvent printer perfect for sensitive print environments and applications, and delivers unmatched speed and quality on media up to 104 inches wide. Its GREENGUARD Gold Certified eco-solvent SX inks offer a wide color gamut, and vivid, high-density color for sharp, clear and vibrant signs.
These devices offer incredible value for industrial printing with enhanced technology, image quality, versatility and unmatched speeds. The ColorPainter line is also eligible for the proFinance from OKI program – the latest initiative to help drive sales by providing attractive acquisition options and incentives to authorized distributors and their customers on the purchase of OKI’s professional grade printing devices. OKI Data will be exhibiting its ColorPainter line of wide-format printers together with other professional printing devices at the ISA Sign Expo 2016, taking place from April 20-23 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL.
