Position: Assistant Technical Manager
Type of position: Full-Time Regular
Job Description:
1. Technical Support and On-site service with Authorized Service Provider (ASP) responsibility:
o Directly with ASP/ Dealer’s Technician and customers either by telephone, e-mail or face to face.
o Respond promptly to ASP/Dealer or customer inquiries including on-site service with ASP or dealer.
o Handle and resolve product issue and dealers/customer complaints
2. Technical Help-desk (Call Center) responsibility:
o Answer calls professionally
o Respond to customer inquiries
o Handle service call and resolve customer complaints
o Provide customers with product and service information
o Route calls to appropriate resource and/or assign on–site service to ASP
o Follow up customer calls where necessary
o Complete call logs and produce call reports
Job Specification:
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a relevant field.
o A minimum of 5 years of experience in color printer, graphic software and a similar role.
o Strong knowledge of design analytics, algorithms, and measuring tools.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o A creative thinker with good analytical abilities.
o Proficient in problem-solving.
Preferred Skills: Knowledge of the color science related field.
