About Oki Data Singapore
Oki Data Singapore is a division of Oki Data Corporation, the global printer business unit within the OKI group of companies, and a subsidiary of Oki Electric Industry Co. Ltd. in Japan. Supported by Oki Data Singapore in this region, OKI has local offices in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand, operations in Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam, and manufacturing facilities in Thailand. In 1981, OKI established its office in Singapore and today, remains committed towards serving its growing customer base within the region.
The OKI product portfolio in this region is categorised into several segments:
(1) Office Printer, which comprise colour and mono printers, multifunctional devices which combine print, copy, scan and fax functions, and Serial Impact Dot Matrix (SIDM) printers.
(2) Industry Printer, which is further categorised as:
(i) Specialty Printer – these are printers that provide Graphic Arts printing solutions (five-colour Pro9000 Series models and White-Toner printers), label printing solutions, and DICOM solutions (medical-imaging);
(ii) Industry-Vertical Printer – these are general non-impact printers (NIP) aimed at vertical markets, for example the Aviation, Automotive or Food industries; these printers provide customised solutions to vertical markets through a range of applications provided by various system integrators (SI);
(iii) Wide-Format Printer – consists of Graphic Arts machines that print in large-format (e.g. outdoor and indoor banners, posters, vehicle decoration), as well as engineering or technical printers (e.g. CAD, CAM drawings).
