Registering an E-mail Address from the History

You can add an e-mail address to the address book from the transmission history.

Note

The transmission history displays only sent faxes whose destinations were directly entered.

  1. Press the (SCAN) button on the operator panel.

  2. Press the or button to select [E-mail] and press the button.

  3. Press the or button to select [Tx History] and press the button.

  4. Select an E-mail address you want to register, and then press the button.

  5. Check that [Register to Address Book] is selected, and then press the button.

  6. Press the or button to select the number to register and press the button.

    Memo

    When overwriting a registered number, select the number and press the button to display the confirmation screen.Select [Yes] and then press the (OK) button.

  7. Check that [Name] is selected, and then press the button.

  8. Enter the name using the numeric keypad or the , , , or button.

    You can enter up to 16 characters.

  9. Select [Enter], and then press the (OK) button.

  10. Press the (OK) button.

  11. Repeat steps 4 to 10 until you complete registering all the e-mail addresses.
