  • 本機器的時間和時區必須與電腦上的一致。


Basic settings (基本設定)
  1. 按一下 [Start (開始)]，接著選擇 [All (全部)] - [OKI (OKI)] - [Configuration Tool (Configuration Tool)]。

  2. 從 [Plug-in (外掛程式)] 選單中選擇 [Alert Info (Alert Info)]。

  3. 選擇 [Setup (設定)]。

  4. 必要時，變更設定。
  5. 按一下 [Update (更新)]。


裝置設定
  1. 按一下 [Start (開始)]，接著選擇 [All (全部)] - [OKI (OKI)] - [Configuration Tool (Configuration Tool)]。
  2. 從 [Plug-in (外掛程式)] 選單中選擇 [Alert Info (Alert Info)]。
  3. 選擇 [Setting devices (設定裝置)]。

  4. 按一下 [Update device (更新裝置)]。

  5. 按一下要設定的裝置名稱。
  6. 視需要變更設定，然後按一下 [OK (確定)]。


Filter Settings (篩選器設定)

您可以設定在列印過程中收到電子郵件時顯示的警示條件。

  1. 按一下 [Start (開始)]，接著選擇 [All (全部)] - [OKI (OKI)] - [Configuration Tool (Configuration Tool)]。
  2. 從 [Plug-in (外掛程式)] 選單中選擇 [Alert Info (Alert Info)]。

  3. 選擇 [Filter settings (篩選器設定)]。

  4. 必要時，變更設定。

  5. 按一下 [OK (確定)]。

  • 最多可登錄 100 名傳送者成為電子郵件傳送者。


檢查日誌

可從事件日誌檢查是否有任何已登錄的機器記錄。

  1. 按一下 [Start (開始)]，接著選擇 [All (全部)] - [OKI (OKI)] - [Configuration Tool (Configuration Tool)]。
  2. 從 [Plug-in (外掛程式)] 選單中選擇 [Alert Info (Alert Info)]。
  3. 選擇 [Display log (顯示日誌)]。

  4. 選擇 [Devices displaying log (裝置顯示日誌)]。

  • 在 [Table of number of logs (日誌數目表)] 中可以查看記錄事件的總數。
  • 在 [Log details (日誌詳細資料)] 中可以查看記錄事件的詳細資訊。
