若要手動更新印表機金鑰，請按照以下程序操作。

  • 若要自動從印表機取得印表機金鑰，請在 [System Preferences (系統偏好設定)] - [Printers & Scanners (印表機與掃描器)] 中刪除印表機，確認與印表機的連線狀況，然後再次新增印表機。

  1. 開啟要列印的檔案。
  2. 從 [File (檔案)] 選單選擇 [Print (列印)]。
  3. 選擇 [Printer Options (印表機選項)] - [Print Job Encryption (列印作業加密)]。
