You can specify the suitable size to scan a document.

Press [Fax/Internet Fax] or the
(FAX) button. -
Set a document in the ADF or on the document glass.

Press [Internet Fax].

Press [Scan Size] on the [Basic] tab.

You can set the following document sizes. Any document that contains different paper sizes cannot be used.
Document sizes that can be set in the ADF: A4, Letter, Legal 13, Legal 13.5, Legal 14
Document sizes that can be set on the document glass: MB492/MB562/ES4192/ES5162: A4, Letter, ES5162LP MFP: A4, Letter, Legal 13, Legal 13.5, Legal 14
