Following the recent announcement by OKI’s master distributor in New Zealand - Comworth Technologies, to realign its business focus and exit distribution, OKI will be servicing resellers and customers directly from Auckland.
As part of the transition, OKI has recruited former sales and technical Comworth staff, who collectively have many years of experience and knowledge in working with OKI products for New Zealand customers.
“Either directly or via authorized distributors and resellers, our customers will continue having access to our award-winning range of products and industry-leading three years warranty that they have come to expect,” says Dennie K.Kawahara, Managing Director of OKI Data Australia and New Zealand. “Establishing a direct presence assures continuous product availability. Furthermore, we’ll be working closer and more strategically with our partners, enabling us to be more responsive to and more closely cater to reseller and customer pre and post sale requirements. We have great products to offer and some exciting, innovative products on the horizon as well”, Kawahara added.
While continuing popular programs such as Try OKI, OKI’s New Zealand partners will enjoy the opportunity to be part of OKI’s new partner program, which offers many benefits including marketing support, hands-on technical training, online training via OKI Academy, and chance to be part of the annual ‘OKI Club’ incentive trip.
