OKI Europe launches new Europe-wide Channel Partner Programme

‘Shinrai’ initiative to grow OKI’s partner base by building sales via common targeted sales and marketing programmes and rewarding loyalty

OKI Europe Ltd has launched a new unified channel partner programme across Europe as it looks to strengthen and grow relationships with existing and new partners.

The new Shinrai Partner Programme is focused on driving success through a partnership based on mutual trust between OKI and its partner community, by opening up new business opportunities. The Shinrai initiative is a comprehensive Europe-wide partner programme which includes targeted sales, loyalty rewards, marketing support and training.

"OKI is unique, as we do not sell directly to the end customer and therefore our channel partners play a significant role in our business model," says Terry Kawashima, managing director, OKI Europe Ltd. "Until now we have supported this with a series of independent local initiatives. However, the new unified programme underlines our total commitment to the channel, working together in opening up new opportunities and building a mutually profitable business, as part of a true partnership approach."

Tiered Accreditation

The tiered OKI Shinrai partner programme operates at a number of Partner levels, including

Each partner level is based on the individual reseller’s business model and level of integration and commitment to OKI and offer varying benefits including different levels of business support and rewards.

Premium, Executive, E-Commerce, and BMO Partners will receive an ‘Authorised Partner’ certification and a Shinrai Partner Programme contract, designed to formalise the relationship and emphasise the mutual benefits of working closely together. Additional support will be provided by a dedicated account manager, whose role is to help each distributor achieve their business goals. Sales targets will be set in each case and a new bonus structure is designed to reward investment in OKI, its products and services.

“Through this structured and supportive programme of incentives, tools and training, OKI will help each partner build on their existing customer base and develop new opportunities," confirms Kawshima. "This will benefit OKI and our partners, as well as end-customers who will not only have greater access to OKI’s award winning product innovation but also dedicated consultancy and support.”
