Notice on Recovery Effort in Thailand

1. Damages
Due to water exposure, operations at OKI Data Manufacturing (Thailand) were temporarily suspended since 6th October. Drainage of the manufacturing facility is now complete and the company is preparing for operations to resume. The company expects the facility to partially resume operations on 4th January 2012 and to return to full-scale operations at the end of March 2012.
OKI Data have put in place alternative manufacturing solutions which started on 7th November 2011.
2. Estimated impact on our business performance
OKI is investigating the damage caused by the flood and its impact on the performance of OKI as a whole. It will advise the findings once it is ascertained that there will be an important change in our business forecast.[Overview of OKI Data Manufacturing (Thailand)]
