Sendys Explorer is a server-side application that runs on OKI-embedded MFPs, enabling your users to convert documents and distribute them to a specific location, providing greater flexibility to create, access, print or share files.

Sendys Explorer comes as a free download for OKI sXP-enabled MFPs and supports the following:

Document Capture & Conversion

Sendys Explorer can capture documents from various sources including your MFP, cameras on smartphones and tablets (using a free iOS/Android app), the web interface and email.  Configure document processing for your back office to speed up filing and billing.  Integrated OCR allows transformation of scanned documents into a wide range of editable formats including TXT, JPG, TIFF, PNG, searchable PDF or Microsoft Office documents.

Secure Your Print Environment

Administrators can set up security policies requiring user authentication via Active Directory, PIN, proximity card or mobile device for document retrieval.

Print From Anywhere

Sendys Explorer gives you the freedom to print from any location on your network from any device on your network.  It includes document storage support for Google Cloud, Dropbox, Office 365, SharePoint and One Drive** and enables the user to print from the MFP, the web-interface, their computer or their mobile device.  Sendys creates a time-saving solution to user convenience through document storage and retrieval.

Device Management**

Job accounting allows your administrators a view into your company’s printing habits.  See what printers are used the most, track usage statistics among your users and devices or set up real-time alerts for technical issues.  Reports will give a snapshot into your departmental costs and can be scheduled based on need, customized criteria and specific recipients.  Device administration lets you view toner and drum status and offer suggestions for JIT replenishment of consumables.  Quotas and print policies can be established for users to limit abuse and encourage sensible printing habits.
