Shigeaki Tadokoro is Deputy President at OKI Data Americas (ODA) in Irving, TX.
In this role, Mr. Tadokoro directs all activities in the areas of Human Resources, Information Services, Legal and Compliance and manages company-wide initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Mr. Tadokoro joined OKI in 1990 where he focused on the computer and telecom business and advanced the technology of the boarding pass printer. Most recently Mr. Tadokoro served as Managing Director of OKI Systems (Italia), with responsibility for the management of the printer/MFP business operations in Italy. Previously, he worked under OKI Europe Ltd., where he was responsible for Sales Development for the Southern Region and the management of its printer/MFP divisions. Mr. Tadokoro has secured major new business opportunities for OKI, including sales of telecom infrastructure equipment through local partners in the US as well as a deal which involved OKI’s first boarding pass printer being sold in the overseas markets.
A graduate of Waseda University in Japan, Tadokoro holds a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature. He lives in Grapevine, TX.
