Senior Manager Service Controlling EMEA (m/w)

Scope of role:

  • Create Customer Service warranty cost budget plan with Forecast, by Sales plan & MIF
  • Create and review monthly warranty cost results and Forecast scenario with Management
  • Control and analysis EMEA Customer Service products revenue and profit
  • Review weekly and monthly result with operating countries in EMEA
  • Analysis service cost trend and create countermeasures
  • Create regular reports and analyze the contents
  • Ensure data quality, create ad-hoc analyzes
  • Support further development to optimize reporting options
  • Work closely with colleagues from European headquarter and OKI companies in EMEA territory
  • Create the documentation

Our requirements:

  • Finance controller education with good experience from comparable positions
  • Very good knowledge about software systems in financial environment such as SAP etc.
  • Safe handling of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Logical thinking
  • Have a mind of team work
  • Proactive mind and action and total optimization skill
  • Establishment of efficient resource usage, to optimize limited resources
  • Static & Technical presentation skill
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Project Management
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
  • Readiness to travel, mainly in EU but also occasional overseas trip
  • Desirable - Understanding of Printer and Copier business and technologies and experience in technical support environment
